A policyholder should report a work-related injury or disease, or alleged work-related injury or disease, as soon as possible regardless of severity. By law, the report must be submitted no later than three (3) working days of the policyholder receiving notification of the incident or alleged incident.

Timely reporting is critical to maintain compliance with the law, control costs, and maximize service to all affected parties.
